John Weeks (qualified level 1 coach in Sprints and Distance events) will be conducting training sessions aimed at junior and senior athletes. Designed to improve your times for 400m- 5000m distances in both cross country and track events.
With the start of Cross Country John has adjusted his training sessions to help runners reach their potential for the 2019 season.
Hill training around blackhill area
Start and finish 308 Ligar Street, Soldiers Hill. The session involves a series of hill sprints over various distances to build strength and stamina for racing
Meet at St Pats point Lake Wendouree at 5:15 pm. Session involves interval speed endurance training around lake
