Running training group
John Weeks (qualified level 1 coach in Sprints and Distance events) will be conducting training sessions aimed at junior and senior athletes. Designed to improve your times for 400m- 5000m distances in both cross country and track events.
With track and field starting, John Weeks has started up his training again. To suit those wanting to get some guidance and speed in their legs for the track events.
Training is on Monday and Thursday nights at 5:15pm at Llanberris Athletics Track
To get into the track you'll need an access pass that can be purchased from Intersport Ballarat(Bridge Mall). Every time you swipe/tap your card a small amount will be deduction, so make sure you keep yourself topped up!
