A casual run around the streets, lanes and paths of Ballarat. We start at 9am from the clubrooms.
John Weeks (qualified level 1 coach in Sprints and Distance events) will be conducting training sessions aimed at junior and senior athletes. Designed to improve your times for 400m- 5000m distances in both cross country and track events.
As we come to the end of the cross country season, John is now switching up his training to suit the up and coming Track season.
From September his new program consists of;
TUESDAY / THURSDAY
Track training, with sprint, middle distant training from 5pm at Llanberris - please make sure you have an access card (that can be purchased form Intersport Ballarat in the Bridge Mall) and your drink bottle.
